So a little background...We needed to finish up our Christmas shopping. Needless to say my parents weren't home so we had to take Camren and Noah in the last store. We went to FunFinity...to get the stocking stuffers and such. So we were trying to be sneaky and not let the boys know we were getting anything. Noah found a frog, not just any frog the kind that feels like a real one. He carried it around the whole store!! So we made him put it back and I took the kids out to the car crying the whole way...Noah mostly..."I WANT AT FROG FOR CHRISTMAS!!" Yeah it was fun...so I told the boys Robbie was looking at one last thing. He wasn't he was getting all those fun things we had found. Well those of you who have kids know we won't be able to do that next year!!
So tonight we went out in boots, gloves, hats, etc. To give the neighbors or little bit of Christmas. As we are standing on the front porch we see Santa leaving a house and going to his car. That was a fun one to explain!! The boys saw him and the next thing you know Camren and Noah are yelling across the street to Santa. Noah was yelling " I want a frog for Christmas!!" We keep telling him if he wants one he needs to take it up with Santa. So tonight he did!!! Santa was very sweet, he came over and talked with the boys for a few min. We said thank you and he was off. The boys were in heaven they had been able to tell Santa what they had wanted and a few days early. They get to see him again on Christmas Eve, only this time he will be riding in a fire truck not just a truck!! It is the small things that make them happy, seeing Santa on a cold snowy night while walking around the neighborhood!! Now they really can't wait for Christmas to come!!
Yes my little Noah Santa is bringing you a frog for Christmas!!
